Motion to Appeal (Key Stage 4 – 5)

Motion to Appeal is suitable for secondary, college and university students. It is also suitable for adult learning groups.

Students will explore a contemporary appeal case and:

  • Learn about the law and justice system
  • Explore the roles in a courtroom
  • Meet a legal professional (where possible)
  • Be introduced to the process of appeal cases
  • Prepare, discuss and debate an appeal case

Duration: 2 hours

Cost: Varies depending on location and ranges from £7.50 – £8.50 for students in full time education
