Looking for more information about our Annual Passes?

Here are the details you need. Please also read our Terms and Conditions below.

  • What does the admission price include?

Admission price includes entry to either the National Justice Museum or the City of Caves (or both if you purchase a Joint Ticket), as well as free return visits to the same venue for 12 months from date of purchase. They are valid for the original booker and their original guests only.

  • How do I get an Annual Pass?

When you book to visit the museum or caves, your general admission ticket will automatically become an Annual Pass for that attraction. This will last for 12 months from the date of your original purchase. If you are not booking in person, you will be given an Annual Pass card on your next visit.

  • How does the Annual Pass work?

Your account will be converted into an Annual Pass the first time you book to visit the museum or caves. You will then be able to book free return admission for the same number of tickets, for the same group of people, as many times as you like (subject to availability), over 12 months from the date of your original purchase. These must be booked by the same lead booker and can only be booked over the phone or in person at the museum or caves.

  • I have an Annual Pass. Do I need to pre-book?

Annual Pass return tickets are subject to availability based on advance sales, group bookings, and school bookings. We recommend customers pre-book their return visit at least 24 hours in advance, especially for the City of Caves, to avoid disappointment.

  • Can I give my Annual Pass to someone else?

No, Annual Passes are not transferable. Annual Passes are valid for the original booker and their original group only. For example, if a couple visits with their two children, the pass would only be valid for the couple and their two children, not other adults or children they know or bring with them. National Justice Museum reserves the right to revoke Annual Passes belonging to any visitors found or suspected of transferring their Annual Pass.

  • Does my Annual Pass include events?

Annual Passes are valid for general admission to the National Justice Museum and/or City of Caves only and are not valid for ticketed events run by the National Justice Museum or organisations hiring the National Justice Museum.
