30 Words of Justice with Leanne Moden

What does justice look like? Who defines it, and how has it changed over time?

The 30 Objects Representing Justice explores these questions through a powerful selection of artefacts in the National Justice Museum’s collection. Spanning over 800 years of history, the objects range from the everyday to the extraordinary.

This creative writing workshop will use the objects in the exhibition as a starting point to examine issues of justice and personal freedoms.

We’ll use figurative writing techniques to create poems and stories based on the themes of the exhibition.

Please note: this workshop will include discussions of incarceration and loss of liberty, as it relates to people in prisons.
