Postcards of Positivity

Join artist Nicki Dennett for a hands-on creative workshop inspired by our current exhibition, Asking For It. You’ll begin by exploring the exhibition and photographing a portrait that resonates with you. Then, using your chosen image, you'll create a powerful and personal postcard, layering it with hand-stitching, embroidery, and collage to express messages of strength, resilience, and positivity.

Throughout the session, you’ll have the chance to develop your creative storytelling, experiment with visual design, and learn simple embroidery techniques. This is a space for reflection, expression, and connection—no experience necessary, just bring your creativity. All materials are provided.
