Pride Workshop With Mille Quick
Drop-in to our stall at Nottingham Pride!
Join artist Millie Quick to make your own Pride Empowerment Card!
Inspired by the upcoming '30 Objects Representing Justice' exhibition, we will play with colours, patterns and words to create a vivid card. It could represent justice, family, community, self-esteem, or whatever you want to be loud and proud about!
Whether you’re a quick doodler or a careful illustrator, this activity is suitable for all ages and abilities. You can follow the ‘menu’ to match colours and images to the concepts that speak to you, or go freestyle!
Lots of colours, tools and sparkles will be on hand to make a card as extraordinary as you are. Whether you’re making one card or ten, this is a space to catch your breath, think about what makes you you, and to get seriously playful. After you’re done, you can take your card with you, gift it, or add it to our big pride deck!
