KS2: British Values in Prisons

LOCATION: NOTTINGHAM 

An interactive workshop defining the five British values and exploring their application within the British prison system. Suitable for primary school students.

Students will get the opportunity to: 

  • Explore key museum spaces with a dedicated education guide
  • Come face-to-face with infamous historical characters
  • Define the five British values and understand how they are personally affected by these
  • Understand the differences in how British Values affect prisoners and the general public.
  • Critically analyse which British values are removed and why as a punishment in the British prison system.
