Five days of inspirational curriculum-linked educational visits at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court, helping pupils to gain practical experience of the law and justice system.

Two-hour interactive workshops bring the law to life through hands-on, authentic and unforgettable learning experiences. Pupils will explore a contemporary or historical case in a real courtroom. They will prepare and present a trial, taking on all the courtroom roles, reach a verdict and explore sentencing options.

Key Stage 3-5: Contemporary Topics: Knife Crime, Cyber-bullying, Hate Crime, Murder (KS5 only)
Key Stage 3-5: Historical Topics: Suffragettes, Capital Punishment (KS4/5 only)
