Again and Again and Again

The prison routine is repetitive, which can be meditative or maddening. In this session we will explore the space in between the two as we use repetition to unlock our creativity to see what comes from re-treading old ground.

We will be looking at both written and visual art techniques that use repetition of actions, images, and words to create detail, nuance, and inspiration in what we make.

Your facilitator for this session is Ben Macpherson. Ben is an internationally award-winning artist and facilitator working across poetry, theatre and comedy. He has several published books and puts playfulness at the heart of any session he runs so anybody can get involved easily.
