Routines – Make or Break
What fills up your day? Does it feel helpful to you, or just like something that needs to be done? From the moment we open our eyes to the way we get ready for bed, routine takes up so much of our lives. In the justice system, routine plays an even larger role; routine and opportunity are a key part of rehabilitation.
This session is going to explore the routines that make up our lives, how we feel about them and how those help us be the person we want to be.
Your facilitator for this session is Ben Macpherson. Ben is an internationally award-winning artist and facilitator working across poetry, theatre and comedy. He has several published books and puts playfulness at the heart of any session he runs, so anybody can get involved easily.
